The Lab
Our microscopy room houses various petrographic microscopes equipped for observation using different kinds of light. We also have a thin section scanning setup for those abroad or suffering from microscopy overload (neck and back pain…)
Our chemistry rooms are equipped for lipid extraction and analysis (GC-MS and EA/IR-MS). Sorry, no back pain relief here, just regular fume hoods :-/
