Durante tres d\u00edas, el evento reuni\u00f3 conferencias, mesas redondas y experiencias culinarias que exploraron c\u00f3mo la gastronom\u00eda pod\u00eda transformar la actividad tur\u00edstica y reforzar la identidad de los territorios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este marco, la C\u00e1tedra de Agroturismo y Enoturismo de Canarias del Instituto Canario de Calidad Agroalimentaria y de la Universidad de La Laguna tuvo una participaci\u00f3n destacada gracias a una delegaci\u00f3n compuesta por la doctoranda Tenisca Gil Ramos, la estudiante del ciclo superior de vitivinicultura Miren Stillitani Mugica y el coordinador general, Gabriel Santos Garc\u00eda. Su presencia reforz\u00f3 la contribuci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica del archipi\u00e9lago canario en un encuentro que se erigi\u00f3 como el primer foro internacional e interuniversitario dedicado exclusivamente a la relaci\u00f3n entre turismo y gastronom\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La C\u00e1tedra present\u00f3 la comunicaci\u00f3n titulada \u201cDesaf\u00edos del enoturismo en las Islas Canarias\u201d, en la que se abordaron cuatro ejes estrat\u00e9gicos considerados esenciales para el futuro del sector. En primer lugar, se destac\u00f3 la necesidad de reforzar la marca \u201cEnoturismo de Canarias\u201d, sustentada en la viticultura heroica del territorio y en su estrecha conexi\u00f3n con el turismo consolidado del archipi\u00e9lago. Asimismo, se subray\u00f3 la importancia de implementar metodolog\u00edas homog\u00e9neas de recolecci\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica de datos, un componente crucial para avanzar hacia una planificaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica rigurosa y sostenible. Finalmente, se analiz\u00f3 la urgencia de monitorear tendencias internacionales y fomentar la innovaci\u00f3n en la oferta y gesti\u00f3n para asegurar la competitividad del enoturismo canario ante un mercado global din\u00e1mico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El coordinador de la C\u00e1tedra de Agroturismo y Enoturismo de Canarias, Gabriel Santos Garc\u00eda, destac\u00f3 la relevancia del encuentro, se\u00f1alando que: \u201cEste congreso internacional nos permiti\u00f3 demostrar el valor de la investigaci\u00f3n que desarrolla la C\u00e1tedra para el crecimiento del enoturismo en Canarias. Presentamos datos, metodolog\u00edas y propuestas que contribuyen a profesionalizar el sector y a consolidar su identidad.
