Por ello,&nbsp; la C\u00e1tedra de Agroturismo y Enoturismo de Canarias del Instituto Canario de Calidad Agroalimentaria y de la Universidad de La Laguna, a ra\u00edz de su desempe\u00f1o y esfuerzo, les ofreci\u00f3 la posibilidad de participar, junto con profesionales y t\u00e9cnicos del sector, en el primer seminario de actualizaci\u00f3n de catadores de vino de las Islas Canarias, celebrado el pasado mes de julio.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El subdirector de la C\u00e1tedra, Gabriel Santos Garc\u00eda, explic\u00f3 que la radiograf\u00eda del perfil del alumnado que est\u00e1 realizando el cambio generacional en el sector vitivin\u00edcola dentro del archipi\u00e9lago tiene&nbsp; una media de edad de 44 a\u00f1os. Sin embargo, a\u00f1ade que var\u00eda dependiendo de la&nbsp; isla en donde residen. \u201cEn la actualidad,&nbsp; destaca una mayor\u00eda de varones implicados, pero no en datos relevantes con respecto a la mujer involucrada en el cambio. Pero, en este sentido,&nbsp; todos tienen un denominador com\u00fan y es la pasi\u00f3n por el sector. Sumilleres y bodegueros con alta capacitaci\u00f3n, insisten&nbsp; en que uno de los requisitos fundamentales es la formaci\u00f3n de esta nueva generaci\u00f3n, ya que a trav\u00e9s de ella podr\u00e1n desarrollarse profesionalmente.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ejemplo, Daniel y Miguel, dos de los estudiantes, han sabido aportar su creatividad y autenticidad para incentivar una viticultura territorializada.
