Nunca pens\u00f3 que su pasi\u00f3n por el vino podr\u00eda convertirse en trabajo, pero al terminar su carrera acad\u00e9mica en marketing y turismo, y realizar diferentes estancias en hoteles&nbsp; de Italia y Espa\u00f1a, entr\u00f3 de lleno en su pasi\u00f3n la organizaci\u00f3n de eventos vin\u00edcolas por todo el mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un sin fin de lugares entre los que destaca en Rusia, Mosc\u00fa y San Petersburgo, en Estado Unidos, Chicago, Los \u00c1ngeles, Seattle, Miami, y M\u00e9xico, en Australia, Sydney, Ho Chi Minh en Asia, Oslo y Copenhague en Europa. Lugares desde los que se lleva sus caracter\u00edsticas \u00fanicas, sus preferencias de consumir una tipolog\u00eda de vino respecto a otro como pueden ser los pa\u00edses n\u00f3rdicos y sus preferencias de vinos biol\u00f3gicos y naturales. Pero Theresa nos deja claro que estar presentes en los mercados claves y conocer las tendencias de consumo de cada realidad es fundamental para tener \u00e9xito en el actual y complejo mundo del vino.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque sus preferencias son los vinos espumosos m\u00e9todo charmat sobre todo acompa\u00f1ados con pizza blanca, o tintos con estructura pero f\u00e1cil de beber como un sangiovese y vino dulce como moscato d\u2019asti, en su paso por Canarias se ha quedado encantada de nuestros vinos minerales y salinos, t\u00edpicos de cada zona, frescos y con su complejidad seg\u00fan la isla.&nbsp; Sin duda los primeros vinos que le han conquistado de Canarias han sido los elaborados con malvas\u00eda volc\u00e1nica y los listanes blancos y negro.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Theresa recomienda continuar posicionando Canarias con su diversidad enol\u00f3gica y enotur\u00edstica, una promoci\u00f3n que implica no s\u00f3lo los vinos sino tambi\u00e9n otros productos locales como el queso, el gofio entre otros porque el vino llega a su m\u00e1ximo esplendor cuando se marida con la comida, mejor con sus productos locales. Los vinos canarios tienen una potencialidad incre\u00edble con sus vi\u00f1edos y paisajes \u00fanicos, que tiene que ser m\u00e1s conocido por los
