{"id":2579,"date":"2022-02-05T12:44:01","date_gmt":"2022-02-05T12:44:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wp.ull.es\/aenogas\/?p=2579"},"modified":"2022-02-05T12:44:01","modified_gmt":"2022-02-05T12:44:01","slug":"el-2-de-marzo-arranca-el-primer-curso-de-especialista-en-elaboracion-y-analisis-sensorial-de-quesos-de-la-ull","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wp.ull.es\/aenogas\/2022\/02\/05\/el-2-de-marzo-arranca-el-primer-curso-de-especialista-en-elaboracion-y-analisis-sensorial-de-quesos-de-la-ull\/","title":{"rendered":"El 2 de marzo arranca el primer Curso de Especialista en Elaboraci\u00f3n y An\u00e1lisis Sensorial de Quesos de la ULL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La C\u00e1tedra de Agroturismo y Enoturismo de Canarias del Instituto Canario de Calidad Agroalimentaria y de la Universidad de La Laguna promueve junto con la Fundaci\u00f3n General de la ULL la primera edici\u00f3n del Curso de Especialista en Elaboraci\u00f3n y An\u00e1lisis Sensorial de Quesos de la ULL, dando comienzo el pr\u00f3ximo 2 de marzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta primera edici\u00f3n est\u00e1 especialmente dirigida a todas las personas interesadas o vinculadas con la ganader\u00eda, las queser\u00edas, industrias l\u00e1cteas; estudiantes universitarios de diferentes disciplinas, profesionales vinculados a la restauraci\u00f3n y la gastronom\u00eda que quieran una formaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica, as\u00ed como publico en general que quiera adquirir conocimientos en la cultura quesera. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pr\u00f3ximo 2 de marzo comenzar\u00e1 a impartirse el primero de los cuatro m\u00f3dulos individuales que componen el curso. Origen y caracterizaci\u00f3n de la materia prima; Elaboraci\u00f3n y producci\u00f3n de productos l\u00e1cteos; Metodolog\u00eda del an\u00e1lisis sensorial del queso; An\u00e1lisis sensorial de origen de las Islas Canarias ser\u00e1 los m\u00f3dulos que componen esta acci\u00f3n formativa de un total de 184 horas, que tendr\u00e1n una metodolog\u00eda que compagina seg\u00fan el m\u00f3dulo la clases por streaming en directo, y sesiones presenciales eminentemente pr\u00e1cticas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las matr\u00edculas a los m\u00f3dulos del curso se abrir\u00e1n a lo largo de la pr\u00f3xima semana, pudiendo obtener m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n y realizar la inscripci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la web de la C\u00e1tedra <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gestionenoturistica.com\">www.gestionenoturistica.com<\/a> o de la propia Fundaci\u00f3n <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fg.ull.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.fg.ull.es <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este curso cuenta con el apoyo de un numeroso de entidades publicas y privadas del archipi\u00e9lago junto a un grupo de empresas privadas del sector
