Describi\u00f3 los principales activos del enoturismo espa\u00f1ol, se\u00f1alando el crecimiento potencial que a\u00fan dispone, para cuyo aprovechamiento abog\u00f3 por el desarrollo de planes estrat\u00e9gicos a diversas escalas, que permitan fortalecer esos activos y atractivos, fortalecer el enoturismo en su dimensi\u00f3n m\u00e1s experiencial apalancado en elementos de aprendizaje, disfrute y de relaci\u00f3n social, integrando los diferentes modelos enotur\u00edsticos impulsados desde las bodegas en destinos diferenciados como espacios de encuentro e interacci\u00f3n. En su opini\u00f3n, el sector tiene que crecer en integraci\u00f3n de la sostenibilidad, bajo las tres premisas, ambiental, social y econ\u00f3mica, aspecto que viene siendo requerido intensamente desde la demanda, convirti\u00e9ndose en uno de los elementos de innovaci\u00f3n en esta etapa de pos-pandemia de la Covid-19, junto con exigencias de una prestaciones de servicio m\u00e1s personalizadas, de mayor valor y calidad y complementados con sistemas y atributos digitales que contribuyan a una mayor eficacia en la gesti\u00f3n y la promoci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wp.ull.es\/aenogas\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/90\/2021\/11\/Imagen-2-1-1024x683.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2266\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El segundo bloque cont\u00f3 con una mesa de debate en la que participaron la consultora internacional de enoturismo Vinka Woldarsky, el director y propietario de Bodegas Monje Felipe Monje, el gerente del Cl\u00faster de Enoturismo de Canarias Iv\u00e1n Su\u00e1rez, que junto al Gabriel Santos subdirector de la C\u00e1tedra debatieron sobre c\u00f3mo encontrar soluciones concretas para hacer del enoturismo un instrumento fundamental para destinos m\u00e1s sostenibles, inclusivos y resilientes.
